Need Land in BLR

I am looking out for investing around 5-6L on Land.. Basically looking in BLR, Mysore, Hubli, Mangalore.
Suggestions and referals are open.

I guess you could look some remote places near to whitefield like New Channasandra, Kadugodi etc.. they are growing places, but careful before putting money... if money leaves your hand getting back from the same person will be very difficult! attest n invest

I feel one should consider tier 2 cities instead of Bangalore...what u think?

Srini, can you name some of tier 2 cities?

Mysore, Shimoga, Tumkur, Mangalore etc... The IT frenzy hasn't hit these cities much but these cities may be in demand more than bangalore in future...

Thats where I am looking at.. basically constrained to Mysore, Hubli, Mangalore..

But do you guys think the growth rate will be good in tier 2 cities compared with the Satalite towns in Banagalore like Kengeri, or places near to new Interbaltional airport like Hebbal, Yelahanka etc..?
