Me too... Didn't have any complains, so didn't consider shifting to HDFC

Citibank.

Best I have come across.
1. I can get DDs made without having to pay any service charges and is door delivered.
2. I can withdraw money from ATM of any bank all over India without having to pay charges.
3. I can have multiple accounts on the same page. I can have the salary account, an investment account(where I can buy MFs), credit card account, personal loan account all in one page.

CitiBank, Supreethamave has told the features... here are some more ...
1. Don't need to go to the bank, just do everything online or through ATM.
2. Transfer fund to any bank at no extra cost. ( Forget cheques)
3. Paybills through mobile phone by sending one SMS or manually by logging into citibank protal.

But whats happening to citibank(US) is bit of worry.....
