Start it with nifty F&O, only with 1 lot (50 shares) at a time ..

You can read some article but you will have to do it to learn.

Yes-some steps as to how to begin would be helpful.
For example, in equity it works as follows: Login to your demat account, get quote of the scrip you are considering to buy/sell, if you like the price place a market or limit order, enter your price in case of limit orders and submit. Order gets filled and money gets credited/debited from your demat account and you can feel happy/sad on the profit/loss you booked...

On similar lines, can you tell us who to trade in F&O...

I think F&O trading option at NSE is enabled by default for all demat account holders-just that we need to begin using that option, but we're not sure how.

hello Rakesh

I am Radhika Shukla. i am working with a Arihant Securities as a Sr. Relationship Manager.According to me You should go for NSE F&O Segments.First of all Open a NSE, F&O Tradng A/C, then just watch Nifty Future contract (Current month contract) for A week ,Do not trade ,just try to understand movements of NSE F&O's, then Make a long position in Nifty Future only for a day ,don't carry the position for next day ,just execute the position before 3:30 Pm. ok
When you trade once in F&O Segment ,you can understand Risk and Reward of F&O. Because it is said that No Pains No Gains. When you bear loss ,you can understand risk of that Particular Segment. ok

All the Best
